When you acquire an Alpen Spark phone, we offer a worldwide TWO-YEAR warranty on all our models.
Our technical and customer service takes care of all repairs according to our general condition and sale terms (similar to Apple).

Our worldwide return-policy is a trustful service that allows you to send back your phone at a no-cost fee.

HAND-DELIVERY SERVICE

Across the world, the phones are personally hand-delivered by Alpen Spark.
They will be handed to our clients and upon request put into operation during this delivery.

UPGRADE SERVICE

As technology can evolve rapidly, we offer our clients the ability to update their Alpen Spark phones. We are committed to providing the latest technology and to renew their phone at a preferential rate.

So when clients upgrade their Alpen Spark phone, we dismantle the phone, reinstall the Apple standard casing and erase all the data inside through a global formatting. All returns should be requested by email before sending your phone back. You will find your Serial Number on your warranty card.
After receiving your email, Alpen Spark Premium Service will provide the right methodology to send the phone back, securely and insured during transit.
